In waiting for the release of book six, many fans of the series have begun to write their own versions of the stories. Jo says she is "flattered" that people want to write their own stories based on her characters and supports the activity. Rowling and her agent want to make sure the activity remains non-commercial, however, ensuring that fans remain unexploited. Jo also wishes that the writers' stories not be credited to her, but their author.

I'm still in shock here, because frankly I never win anyting. But, I won a pass to the mtv craveworthy screening of PoA on June 2 in Dallas! Sure, it's no premiere with Dan. But hell, I get to see it two days before most people and be a VIP at the same time!
I'm going to be off to some friends' graduation tonight. I'm working really hard to finish a one-shot fic, but I don't know if that will be happening or not. I'm going to go with the not. I have, however, uploaded a Gryffindor themed deviant.
Well it's a new layout, as you can see. First of all, I want to thank all my
affilates and everyone who's visited this site. I've decided to downsize VP
a bit. I'll still update, don't worry. My life is just too jammed with things
besides the internet. I'm not going to close or go on hiatus; I'm just making
things simple. I've now got links to a deviant art account as well as both of
my fanfiction accounts.
